How do I book?
We kindly ask that you submit an inquiry form located on our "Contact" tab and provide as many details as possible, including the package you are potentially interested in, how many weeks you are (if pregnant), by when you need your images, etc. The more details provided, the simpler the process is. You can also inquire via text at (832) 518-0934. Once we have contacted you and reviewed all the details, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. Photo sessions are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis due to high demand. What's available today might be gone tomorrow, so we definitely recommend you book ahead of time!
Are the outfits provided?
Yes! Depending on the session you select we will provide 1-3 outfits or more if requested. We proudly own and provide over 350 couture gowns for our clients to utilize during their sessions. We also have crowns, angel wings, accessories, jewelry, kid gowns, and more!
At this time, we, unfortunately, do not provide lingerie or outfits for males
Is hair and make up included?
Hair and make up stylist is NOT included. However, client is required to get hair and make up done by a professional artist. Doing so, will have a huge impact on your final edits. We have a HMUA located inside our studio for your convenience (DreamyFacesbyRuby on IG). We also have a list of other recommended HMUA.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances! Deposits are used to cover studio fees, stylist fees, and to reserve your date and time from being sold to anyone else. If you need to reschedule, we will allow only 1 reschedule per client! We do require a 2 week notice. Any new studio fees will have to be repaid or if there is an option with the studio to reschedule, then you will be in charge of that rescheduling fee. Calendar is always booked about 2 months in advance, by rescheduling, the client runs the risk of not finding a date until 2 months from the rescheduling request.
If you are sick
Please do not come to your session if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, Delta, flu, cold, pink eye, coughing, fever, etc.
If you show up with any of the above symptoms you will be asked to leave with deposit being non-refundable. It is not fair for us, or our clients to run the risk of getting sick. If you have tested positive for Covid-19/Delta, we will gladly reschedule you, however, we will need proof of positive test results showing your name and dates must align with the date you informed us. Negative test results will be required before we can reschedule you. No exceptions!
Can i bring any guests?
At the moment, we do not allow any guests who will not participate in the photo session. However, exceptions can be made if childcare assistance is needed or due to a special circumstance.
will you show me how to pose?
Absolutely! We will guide you through the entire photo session. We will guide you on how to pose, when to smile, what to wear under your gowns, etc! If you have any specific ideas please share them with the photographer in advance so we can ensure that is something we can achieve or provide!
